When I was 9 weeks pregnant my mom rushed out and bought us the
Million-dollar baby Jenny Lind crib and we could not be happier. This is a
great crib and the fact that it is convertible makes it even nicer because
or son can use it for a few years or at least till the next little one comes
along.
Why do we like this crib?
The Jenny Lind comes in several shades of colors ranging from white, to
maple to walnut and even mahogany. What ever your color preference there
is a crib to match and if you have the crib they have the changing table and
cradle to match as well. The biggest attraction to this bed is the fact that
it converts to a toddler bed and the way children grow up so fast this was a
must. It is really easy to change to a Toddler bed. Just take your small
wrench and a hex wrench (All men have these in their tool boxes but the bed
should have came with one) and take off the front railing and replace it
with the mattress guardrail. Dropping the mattress from infant to toddler
height was just as easy and you can do it by your self with no trouble at
all. Once again grab your wrench and your screwdriver and with in minutes
you are done. This crib is so easy to clean and really durable. It has the
teething rail (plastic coating) along the top of both sides, which I love
because several of the models we looked at only had the teething rail on one
side. Our son is almost 2 years old and he still sleeps in this crib and he
also spends his time outs in this crib and believe me! This thing has taken
some serious abuse and still looks brand new. The other big attraction to
this bed was the fact that is was only $119.00 for the mahogany bed; the
white and walnut were $99.00.
In Closing
If you are looking for a crib that is durable and will last your baby into
toddler hood then I do suggest this crib. It has with stood my growing
toddler quite well.
